ClicksAndWhistles is an IRC program in which the user can adopt multiple personalities and connect to numerous servers. Aesthetically it is very nice thanks to its floating desktop, where you can manage many open windows at once.

ClicksAndWhistles allows a deep configuration and the installation of themes. It is ready to work with PNG format wallpapers, send pop-up notifications with sounds, and show a list of favourite channels.

Thanks to its CDD Send and DCC Chat systems, you can send files directly during a chat.
